Quarterly "Fulham Welcomes You" evenings with guest speakers such as the police, councillors, healthcare managers, local schooling representatives and participating businesses. Welcome packs of useful documents would be made available by participants to attendees.

New Fulham residents to be contacted via a range of communications channels:

• Leaflets and posters in libraries and local shops and businesses
• Working with local estate agents to ensure that each new rental or home purchase resident gets a “Fulham Welcomes You” leaflet upon completion.
• Using “Local Spirit” leaflets and website to communicate with individual registered members and the public to communicate it’s offer to new residents, announce up-to date details of its quarterly events and list useful contacts.
• In the longer term some form of access to advice/mentoring via telephone or website discussion forums/blogs could provide cover in between the quarterly events.
